TransAlta to speak at the Credit Suisse 2010 Energy Summit

CALGARY, Alberta (Feb. 1, 2010) – Brian Burden, TransAlta Corporation’s (TSX:TA; NYSE:TAC) Chief Financial Officer, will speak at the Credit Suisse 2010 Energy Summit in Vail Colorado on Feb. 4, 2010 at approximately 9:25 a.m. MST.
