Company Overview	Company Overview Description of Business Braze, Inc., together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Braze”), is a cloud-based customer engagement platform that delivers customer-centric experiences across push notifications, email, in-product messaging, SMS and MMS messages, and more. Customers use the Braze platform to facilitate real-time experiences between brands and customers in a more authentic and human way. We began operations in 2011 and are incorporated in the state of Delaware. Our headquarters are located in New York City. As of July 31, 2024, we also lease additional office space in over 10 cities across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
