The effect of outstanding and unvested restricted stock units (RSUs) of the Company’s common stock totaling 33,000 shares in the first quarter of 2024 and 38,000 shares in the first quarter of 2023 were not included in the computation of diluted EPS for the respective periods as the effect would have been antidilutive or, for unvested performance-based RSUs, the performance conditions had not been met as of the end of the reporting periods.
