Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 16 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company provided management and administrative services to Donlin Gold for $990 in 2023 ($681 in 2022 and $nil in 2021). As of November 30, 2023, the Company has accounts receivable from Donlin Gold of $203 (November 30, 2020: $574) included in Other current assets.
