The carrying values of certain financial instruments, including disbursement prefunding, customer funds receivable, accounts payable, accrued expenses and other current liabilities, customer liabilities and borrowings approximate their respective fair values due to their relative short maturities and are excluded from the fair value table above. If these financial instruments were measured at fair value in the financial statements, they would be classified as Level 2. There were no transfers between Level 1 and Level 2 during the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020, and 2019.
