As of June 30, 2025, the Company's share of YFVIC reported losses were greater than the carrying value of this investment. Based on the equity method of accounting, losses exceeding the investment balance were not recorded and are monitored as suspended losses. As of June 30, 2025, the total suspended loss attributable to YFVIC was less than $1 million, for which the Company has no contractual obligation to fund.
