Subsequent events	21.         Subsequent events ​ On January 31, 2023, the Company announced that it had entered into a global licensing agreement for a gene therapy for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis caused by mutations in superoxide dismutase 1 with Apic Bio. The Company made an initial cash payment of $10.0 million. In addition, the Company will pay Apic Bio up to $43.0 million in milestones upon achievement of regulatory approvals in the U.S. and Europe and pre-specified annual net sales, and a tiered royalty on net sales ranging from the mid-single digits to low double digits. ​
