Nature of the Business and Organization	Nature of the Business and Organization DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, the Company, we, our, us) is a leading cloud computing platform, offering simple, scalable and approachable on-demand cloud and AI services for digital native enterprises around the world. The Company’s platform simplifies cloud computing and AI, enabling its customers to rapidly accelerate innovation and productivity. The Company offers a comprehensive set of cloud platform capabilities which spans across Infrastructure-as-a-Service (“IaaS”), including Droplet virtual machines, storage and networking offerings; Platform-as-a-Service (“PaaS”) and Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”), including Managed Hosting, Managed Database, Managed Kubernetes and Marketplace offerings. The Company also offers a comprehensive artificial intelligence and machine learning (“AI/ML”) platform - DigitalOcean Gradient™ AI Agentic Cloud which includes Gradient AI Infrastructure with offerings such as GPU Droplets and Bare Metal GPUs; the Gradient AI Platform which offers various building block services including Large Language Models (“LLMs”); and Gradient AI Agents. The Company continues to invest in its platform to further penetrate the growing markets in which it operates. The Company has adopted a holding company structure and the primary operations are performed globally through its wholly owned operating subsidiaries.
