<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In connection with our new world-wide fragrance
license agreement for the Karl Lagerfeld brand discussed below in Item 8.01, our
first fragrance line for this brand is expected to be launched in 2014 by
Interparfums <sup><font size="2">SA</font></sup>, our majority-owned French subsidiary.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u><b>Item 8.01. Other Events</b></u><br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We have entered into a 20-year worldwide license agreement with Karl
Lagerfeld <sup><font size="2">B.V.</font></sup> to create, produce and distribute perfumes under the Karl
Lagerfeld brand, which replaces a previous license that was terminated by mutual
consent. Our rights under such license agreement are subject to certain minimum
sales, advertising expenditures and royalty payments as are customary in our
industry. In connection with our entry into this license, Interparfums<sup><font size="2"> SA</font></sup> has
paid a license entry fee to the licensor of &euro;9,589,566 (approximately
$12,500,000). In addition, Interparfums<font size="2"><sup> SA</sup></font> has made an advance royalty payment
to the licensor of &euro;9,589,566 (approximately $12,500,000). This advance royalty
payment is to be credited against future royalty payments as follows: every year
in which the royalties due are higher than &euro;500,000, the amount of royalties
exceeding &euro;500,000 will be credited up to &euro;500,000 in each such year.</p>

	<p>New York, NY, October 25, 2012: Inter Parfums, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: IPAR)
	today announced that Karl Lagerfeld<font size="2"><sup> BV</sup></font>, the
	internationally renowned haute couture fashion house, and Interparfums<font size="2"><sup>SA</sup></font>,
	its majority-owned subsidiary and the creator of prestige perfumes and
	cosmetics, have signed a worldwide and exclusive license agreement to
	create, produce and distribute perfumes under the Karl Lagerfeld brand.
	&nbsp;This 20-year agreement starting today replaces a previous license between
	the Karl Lagerfeld and Coty companies which was terminated by mutual
	consent.</p>
	<p>The launch of a new fragrance line is scheduled for 2014.</p>
