The Company manufactures and distributes one product line, fragrances and fragrance related products. The Company manages its business in two segments, European based operations and United States based operations. The European assets are located, and operations are primarily conducted, in France. European operations primarily represent the sale of the prestige brand name fragrances, and United States operations represent the sale of prestige brand name and specialty retail fragrances.
