During the fiscal year ended January 31, 2020, the Company began leasing certain office facilities from a company affiliated with members of the Company’s board of directors. Lease expenses under these leases totaled $0.4 million during the three months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, and $0.8 million and $0.9 million during the six months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
The Company has entered into an advertising agreement with a company affiliated with a member of the Company’s board of directors. Advertising expenses under this agreement were not material for the three and six months ended July 31, 2025. Advertising expenses under this agreement totaled $0.4 million and $1.0 million during the three and six months ended July 31, 2024, respectively.
