SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	17.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS ​ Other than the events described below and in Note 10, there were no subsequent events. ​ On October 13, 2021, ARLP acquired approximately 1,480 oil & gas net royalty acres in the Delaware Basin from Boulders Royalty Corp. for a purchase price of $31.0 million, which was funded with cash on hand. This acquisition enhances our ownership position in the Permian Basin and furthers our business strategy to grow our Oil & Gas Royalties segment. ​
