SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	18.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS ​ Jase Acquisition ​ On October 26, 2022, we acquired approximately 3,928 oil & gas net royalty acres in the Midland and Delaware Basins from Jase Minerals, LP for a purchase price of $81.2 million which was funded with cash on hand. Because the acquisition includes both developed and undeveloped properties we will account for the acquisition as a business combination.  This acquisition enhanced our ownership position in the Permian Basin. ​
