SUBSEQUENT EVENT	26.SUBSEQUENT EVENT ​ In February 2025, we committed to invest up to $25.0 million in a limited partnership sponsored by a private equity firm, which partnership vehicle intends to own, indirectly, an interest in a joint venture holding company formed with a third party that plans to indirectly acquire, own and operate a coal-fired electric generating plant. As of February 27, 2025, we have not funded any portion of our capital commitment.
