Share Repurchase Program
On March 19, 2024, the Company purchased 97,219 shares of its common stock from Silver Point Capital, L.P. for approximately $15.0 million. The repurchase is part of the Company's existing share Repurchase Program. Upon closing of the transaction on March 19, 2024, the repurchased common stock was canceled.
Concurrent with the closing of the June 2023 offering transaction discussed in Note 5, the Company purchased 215,060 shares of its common stock from Silver Point Capital, L.P. for approximately $20.4 million. The repurchase is part of the Company's existing Repurchase Program. Upon closing of the transaction on June 26, 2023, the repurchased common stock was canceled.
