SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	23.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2026, two lawsuits were filed in the New York County Supreme Court alleging violations of Sections 11 and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933. The complaints allege that the Company’s IPO registration statement was materially false and misleading by failing to disclose the adverse financial impacts of price competition between major Chinese food delivery services. On April 3, 2026, the two cases were consolidated. The plaintiffs are required to file a consolidated complaint by May 26, 2026. As of the date of issue of the consolidated financial statements, the Company is unable to predict the outcome of the lawsuit, or reasonably estimate a range of possible losses, if any, given the early stage of this lawsuit.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
