On March 17, 2022, PotlatchDeltic Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that it agreed to purchase a group annuity contract from American General Life Insurance Company to transfer approximately $70 million of its pension obligations.
