Subsequent Events	Note 15. Subsequent Events Distributions and dividends APAM, acting as the general partner of Artisan Partners Holdings, declared, effective May 2, 2023, a distribution by Artisan Partners Holdings of $33.7 million to holders of Artisan Partners Holdings partnership units, including APAM. The board of directors of APAM declared, effective May 2, 2023, a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share of Class A common stock. The APAM dividend is payable on May 31, 2023, to stockholders of record as of May 17, 2023. TRA payments During April 2023, the Company made a payment of $27.2 million under the tax receivable agreements representing a portion of the Company's estimated total 2023 TRA payments.
