Related Party Transactions Related Party TransactionsWe have a 50% ownership interest in two joint ventures that operate transit shelters in the greater Los Angeles area and Vancouver, and four joint ventures which currently operate a total of seven billboard displays in New York and Boston. All of these joint ventures are accounted for as equity investments. These investments totaled $11.3 million as of March 31, 2022, and $11.2 million as of December 31, 2021, and are included in Other assets on the Consolidated Statements of Financial Position. We provided sales and management services to these joint ventures and recorded management fees in Revenues on the Consolidated Statement of Operations of $1.7 million in the three months ended March 31, 2022, and $1.1 million in the three months ended March 31, 2021.
