Divestitures	DivestituresOn July 2, 2018, we sold the Comet®, Spic and Span®, Chore Boy®, Chlorinol® and Cinch® brands, as well as associated inventory. These brands represented our Household Cleaning segment. As a result of this transaction, we received proceeds of approximately $65.9 million and recorded a pre-tax gain on sale of $1.3 million. The net proceeds were used to repay debt.
