Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Lease Agreement On October 16, 2025, we entered into the third amendment to the lease of our corporate headquarters located in Tarrytown, New York. The agreement extends the term of the lease to December 31, 2037 and the commencement date is subject to certain conditions.
