In February 2012, the Board of Directors adopted a dividend policy. In May 2012, the Board of Directors determined to accelerate
the implementation of the dividend policy to Third Quarter 2012. On August 7, 2012, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $.20 per share to stockholders of record on August 21, 2012 which was paid on September 7, 2012 for a total of $12.3 million.
