SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 1, 2024, we entered into a privately-negotiated share purchase agreement with Vencer for the purchase of approximately 1.04 million shares of our common stock at a price of $72.00 per share for a total purchase price of approximately $75.0 million. The purchase is expected to close in May 2024 and will be funded from our cash on hand. Pursuant to the agreement, we also agreed to pay $75.0 million of the $550 million deferred acquisition consideration in May and July of 2024 in two equal installments.
