Subsequent Events	(19)   Subsequent Events Phantom Units In January 2019, an aggregate of 15,150 phantom units (including the corresponding DERs) were granted under the LTIP to two of the independent directors of the General Partner. The phantom units (including the corresponding DERs) awarded are subject to restrictions on transferability, customary forfeiture provisions and will vest incrementally, with 60% of the phantom units vesting on December 5, 2021 and 40% of the phantom units vesting on December 5, 2023. The phantom units will vest in full upon a change in control of the Partnership.
