Subsequent Event	13. Subsequent Event Subsequent to October 31, 2020, the Company announced that its Board of Directors updated the record and payment dates of the previously-deferred first quarter 2020 cash dividend, which originally was declared on March 26, 2020 and deferred on April 2, 2020 in response to store closures resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.  The $0.1375 per share cash dividend is now payable on December 30, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2020.
