10. Employer Share Plans

CBIZ has granted various stock-based awards under its 2002 Stock Incentive Plan, which is described in further detail in CBIZ’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010. The terms and vesting schedules for stock-based awards vary by type and date of grant.
