Related Parties	Note 10. Related Parties On October 11, 2011, the Company’s Board of Directors elected Mr. Gregory A. Sandfort as a director of WD-40 Company. Mr. Sandfort is the Chief Executive Officer of Tractor Supply Company (“Tractor Supply”), which is a WD-40 Company customer that acquires products from the Company in the ordinary course of business. The consolidated financial statements include sales to Tractor Supply of $1.4 million for fiscal year 2018 and $1.2 million for each of the fiscal years 2017 and 2016, respectively. Accounts receivable from Tractor Supply were $0.5 million as of August 31, 2018 and were not significant as of August 31, 2017.
