Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration On October 4, 2024, the Board declared a cash dividend of $0.88 per share payable on October 31, 2024 to stockholders of record on October 18, 2024. Reclassification to Held for Sale of Homecare and Cleaning Product Portfolio In the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, the Company’s homecare and cleaning product portfolio in the Americas and EIMEA segments met the criteria to be classified as held for sale. Management has determined that the potential sale of these brands does not represent a strategic shift having a major effect on the Company’s operations and financial results and therefore does not meet the criteria for classification as discontinued operations in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Assets and liabilities included as part of the disposal group classified as held for sale are not material to the financial statements.
