Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event Dividend Declaration On December 12, 2023, the Company’s Board approved a 6% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend, increasing it from $0.83 per share to $0.88 per share. The $0.88 per share dividend declared on December 12, 2023 is payable on January 31, 2024 to stockholders of record on January 19, 2024.
