Flaggningen avser tillbakalämnande av aktier med anledning aktielån i samband med nyemission i Boule Diagnostics AB där Avanza Bank AB har agerat emissionsinstitut. 60 355 av kvarvarande aktier innehas av Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension vilket, liksom Avanza Bank AB, är ett helägt dotterbolag till Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ). Aktierna som innehas av Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension grundas på försäkringskundernas egna investeringsbeslut via depåfullmakt. Resterade direkt innehavda aktier utgör ännu ej levererade nyemitterade aktier.
