Management has determined that the substantial majority of the Company’s revenue is recognized at a point in time. On February 28, 2019, the Company entered into an agreement with ACI Worldwide Corp. and ACW Worldwide, Inc. to sell its United States electronic bill payments business known as “Speedpay” and closed the transaction on May 9, 2019. Included within North America revenues are Speedpay revenues of $125.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2019.
