Strategic Partnerships	Note 5. Strategic Partnerships During the second quarter of 2024, the Company and Mitel amended certain terms of their prior strategic arrangement, pursuant to which Mitel became a non-exclusive partner of the Company. In connection with the transaction, there was a release of $28.5 million of unpaid contingent consideration, which was recorded as a reduction to the developed technology intangible assets. The Company also recorded a gain of $7.7 million in other income in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations, pursuant to an amended agreement with one of its strategic partners.
