Subsequent Events	9.  Subsequent Events On July 21, 2016, our Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share to be paid on August 23, 2016 to the stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2016. On July 21, 2016, our Board increased the authorization to repurchase our common stock by 7.5 million shares to 56 million shares.  See Note 5 for further discussion of our repurchase authorization and methods.
