Subsequent Events	18.     Subsequent Events On February 15, 2018, our Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per share to be paid on March 20, 2018 to the stockholders of record on February 28, 2018. On February 15, 2018, our Board of Directors approved the adoption of a 10b5-1 Plan, which will be effective from May 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018.
