The short-term regulatory assets were $84.6 million as of June 30, 2021 and $96.2 million as of December 31, 2020. These short-term regulatory assets primarily consist of net WRAM and MCBA, IRMA, and PCBA receivables
The short-term portions of regulatory liabilities were $24.8 million as of June 30, 2021 and $34.6 million as of December 31, 2020. The short-term regulatory liabilities as of June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020 primarily consist of TCJA and HCBA refunds and TCP settlement proceeds
