    the following statement in response to Land &amp; Buildings Investment Management, LLC&rsquo;s (&ldquo;Land &amp; Buildings&rdquo;) announcement
    of its nomination of two trustee candidates to stand for election to LXP&rsquo;s Board of Trustees (the &ldquo;Board&rdquo;) at LXP&rsquo;s
