Subsequent Events	NOTE 18.  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Common Stock Dividends On November 8, 2024, the Company announced that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on January 2, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2024. Preferred Stock Dividend On November 8, 2024, the Company announced the that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4845 per Depositary Share. The cash dividend is payable on December 2, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 21, 2024.
