401(k) Plan

We have a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan for full-time employees in the United States.  Under the plan, eligible employees may contribute a portion of their net compensation up to the annual limit of $18,000, or $24,000 for employees who are 50 years or older.  In fiscal 2015, we provided matching funds of 25% of our employees’ contributions, excluding catch-up contributions.  The employer matching funds vest 25% over four years and are fully vested at the end of the fourth year.  We made matching contributions of $2.3 million, $1.6 million, and $1.4 million in fiscal 2015, 2014, and 2013, respectively.
