Fair Value

5. Fair Value

Our financial assets, measured at fair value on a recurring basis under the fair value hierarchy, consisted of money market funds within level 1 financial assets and totaled $400.9 million and $313.7 million as of December 31, 2019 and June 30, 2019, respectively. These money market funds were included in cash and cash equivalents in our condensed consolidated balance sheets.

The fair values of our accounts receivable and accounts payable approximate their carrying values because of the short-term nature of those instruments. Intangible assets, property and equipment, and goodwill are measured at fair value on a non-recurring basis if impairment is indicated.
