12. Employee Benefit Plans

401(k) Plan

We have a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan for full-time employees in the U.S. Under the plan, eligible employees may contribute a portion of their net compensation up to the annual limit of $20,500, or $27,000 for employees who are 50 years or older. In fiscal 2022, we provided matching funds of 25% of our employees’ contributions, excluding catch-up contributions.

The employer matching funds vest immediately. We made matching contributions of $1.7 million, $1.8 million and $2.1 million in fiscal 2022, 2021, and 2020, respectively.
