(1) During the year ended December 31, 2014 the Company received two notes with the principal totaling $1.05 million due in 2018 in connection with the sale of certain assets previously recorded as held for sale. These notes carry a 3% annual interest payment. The Company has setup a reserve of $0.22 million (2015 - $0.22 million) against the collectability of these receivables.
