SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 1, 2017 the Company has entered into an agreement to sell its non-core Reno Creek property in Wyoming for $5.39 million, including $2.94 million of cash and $2.45 million of shares. The sale is expected to close later this year or in the first quarter of 2018.
