Impairments	IMPAIRMENTS Impairment of property, plant and equipment, mineral properties and mineral properties held for sale The Company conducts a review of potential triggering events for all its mineral properties on a quarterly basis. When events or changes in circumstances indicate that the related carrying amounts may not be recoverable, the Company carries out a review and evaluation of its long-lived assets in accordance with its accounting policy. No impairment of property, plant and equipment, mineral properties and mineral properties held for sale recorded in the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019.
