Activity before reclassifications to the Consolidated Statements of Operations during the year ended June 30, 2018 primarily relates to unrealized loss from available-for-sale securities. The amount reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive (loss) income represents the gross realized gain from available-for-sale securities included as “(loss) gain on sale of investments" in the Consolidated Statement of Operations for the year ended June 30, 2018. There was no tax impact for the fiscal year 2018.

Activity before reclassifications to the Consolidated Statements of Operations during the year ended June 30, 2018 relates to the unrealized actuarial loss of $2.4 million, net of income tax benefit of $0.4 million. The amount reclassified out of accumulated other comprehensive (loss) income represents the amortization of actuarial losses included as a component of SG&A in the Consolidated Statement of Operations for the year ended June 30, 2018. Refer to “Note 17. Employee Pension and Other Benefit Plans” for more details on the computation of net periodic cost for pension plans.
