The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– OHB Teledata signs co-operation contract with Krone Bremen, June 28th 2001 OHB Teledata AG has signed a co-operation contract with its business partner Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH. Krone is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of trailers and semitrailers for trucks. The agreement is based on a project co- operation in which the partners will bring in their specific market know how as well as products and services. The joint acquisition of orders and projects is a further key-aspect of the contract. Having signed the contract, Krone will now exclusively offer the telematic applications of OHB Teledata to its customers. In addition, Krone will add the OHB Teledata telematic products to their list of optional equipment. This means, OHB Teledata will become the exclusive OEM partner for Krone. The contract has been signed for an indefinite period and underlines the acceptance and capabilities of the OHB Teledata telematic products. Krone expects to equip 10-15% of their products with telematic systems of OHB Teledata. This year Krone will produce 5,000 swapbodies and 9,000 trailers with an increase exceeding 10% p.a. for the following years.
