Subsequent Events [Text Block]	18)      Subsequent Events On October 1, 2015, the Company acquired Wisconsin-based Northlake Engineering, Inc., (“Northlake”), a highly respected designer, manufacturer and distributor of high reliability electromagnetic products and solutions serving the North America power distribution and medical equipment markets for approximately $13.9 million in cash. Northlake will report to our Electronics Products Group.
