Subsequent Events [Text Block]	1 9 )      Subsequent Event On October 17, 2016, the Company acquired Horizon Scientific, Inc., (“Horizon”) a South Carolina-based supplier of laboratory refrigerators and freezers, as well as cryogenic equipment for the scientific, bio-medical and pharmaceutical markets for approximately $31million in cash. The newly acquired business will become part of the Food Service Equipment segment. Horizon expands access to the higher margin refrigeration markets represented by the faster growing scientific sector and will complement our existing scientific offerings in our Norlake division.
