11. 401(k) Plan

        The Company has a 401(k) plan (the "401(k) Plan") covering all eligible employees and provides for a company match of up to 5% of salary and bonus paid during the year. The Company's vesting policy is that the Company match vests immediately upon enrollment. There were no changes to the policy in 2016 or 2015. The Company's total contribution to the 401(k) Plan was $1.2 million, $0.9 million and $0.6 million for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
