The Company's reserve for inventory was $3.3 million and $0.5 million as of December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. The Company has a number of binding minimum purchase and manufacturing commitments due to the third-party manufacturers. As of December 31, 2024, these purchase and manufacturing obligations totaled $179.7 million, of which $102.7 million and $77.0 million are expected in 2025 and 2026, respectively.
