Subsequent Event	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 2, 2015, Louis E. Caldera, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, resigned from the Board to pursue other interests. On October 13, 2015, we announced the departures of Jason Friesen, Senior Vice President and Chief University Education Officer, and Lysa Clemens, Senior Vice President, Transitional Operations and Chief Transformation Officer, from the Company.
